Fiandre Architectural Surfaces underlines its presence among the entire players of the fourth Symposium organized in cooperation with the Italian Embassy in Japan, entitled "Sustainable Architectures, New Technologies and New Materials".
In the hearth of Tokyo by the famous Italian Culture Centre, more than 500 architects took part at the event.
Among the speakers some of the most important Japanese Architects such as Kengo Kuma, Terunobo Fujimori, Marco Corbella representing Ishimoto Architectural Practice together with Prof. Ghigiotti from Italy and Prof. Prati from Argentina.
Sustainability has been the main theme analyzed through speakers' masterpieces and ideas: Fiandre in the frame of its preferred interlocutors is trying to offer a concrete answer to their needs since several years through the development of new materials more and more environmental friendly.
Gianfranco Sassi, Fiandre's Key-Account Dir, explained the company's new green policy by mentioning some of the solutions just developed: I.Q. Laying System (the revolutionary Intelligent Fixing System), Active Clean Air & Antibacterial Ceramic™ (the new production methodology able to reduce up to 70% of bacteria and nitrogen oxides) and Serie 100 (the first porcelain tile collection to be produced by recycling waste materials), awaking the public interest.
Vincenzo Petrone, Italian Ambassador in Japan and Marta L.Gabrieloni, Minister Emabassy of the Argentina Republic gave evidence to the main theme by encouraging all the architects in this direction.
