AWARDS FOR GRANITIFIANDRE AT DOMOTEX

GranitiFiandre has been participating for the past five years in the competition on the theme of innovation promoted by the international architecture review AIT and held at the Domotex trade fair of Hannover, a fair dedicated to flooring fabrics and specialised in new materials. Many companies attended yet again this year, such as producers of matting, carpets, natural stone, glazed ceramics and technical ceramics; on show were 64 types of cutting-edge and technological flooring materials, such as those exhibited by GranitiFiandre: the new materials of the patented GeoDiamond collection, in textured finish and Bianco Fiat Expo. Year after year the company from Castellarano achieves outstanding success and actually won first prize this year for the most innovative material presented, i.e. the Bianco Fiat Expo; this material is inspired by the requirements and needs of the Italian car manufacturer. The panel of judges awarded another two prizes for innovation and design to GranitiFiandre and Fiat, which therefore obtained the highest awards of the competition. This first prize won by GranitiFiandre together with the fact that it is the only company of the ceramics sector to be amongst the highest winners prove that flooring materials are subject to constant technological and innovative development, combined with on-going research in terms of design.
