SYLVAN GLADE CHOOSES GRANITIFIANDRE

Architect James Engel from Spaced Out Architects, London, is the main character in the history of Sylvan Glade Keston Park Kent renovation.
Spaced Out aspire to provide exemplary ideas and solutions that will survive all elements of resistance. In the history of demolition of existing structure and new build construction of state of the art residential dwelling, Mr. Engel choose GranitiFiandre materials confirming the high quality of the italian company’s products.

Porcelain tile (in this case, Crema Marfil honed) was chosen for the facade coverings because it provides a superb surface for the projection of shadows from ancient grand oak tree in the front garden, together with excellent durability and stability.
The architect states that he "loves the quality, colour and proportions of the material", and that he chose Graniti Fiandre for the great confidence he has in the quality and strength of the selected materials. Another surplus value was the professional service provided by Graniti Fiandre staff.

The project was selected by Channel 4's Grand Designs, which opens the new season next Wednesday at 9 pm.
Sylvan Glade was selected for Grand Designs because of the very contemporary and environmentally friendly design. In addition, it included fantastic Clients that had lived on the same land for 25 years and wanted to demolish their old house and have a beautiful, light filled contemporary house.
