GRANITIFIANDRE AT SAIE 2008

GranitiFiandre is present at SAIE, Salone Internazionale dell’Industrializzazione Edilizia that is held in Bologna from the 15th till the 18th October, in the space "SAIE New Materials Space" located inside the show organized by the Service point.

MDN Studio, by Marco Visconti & Partners, an important architecture studio in the Turin’s background, has chosen Luminar collection in the OptoBlack 60x60 version to pave the external path on the stand. A tribute to a collection that during 2008 received very relevant awards thanks to its innovative characteristics, bringing GranitiFiandre towards more prestigious achievements.

Luminar: an unstoppable success

Luminar’s success continues. The collection during 2008 has obtained two important prices in the United Kingdom.
-the first as "Best product launch" in London during the Surface Design Show, one of the main international design events, held from the 4th till the 6th March, focused on indoor and outdoor high quality surfaces’ materials.
The price has been bestowed by the exhibition’s Board, together with a jury of architects, journalists and sponsors.
-the second as "Floor tile of the year" assigned last April by Tile Association Awards, an important association that represents the ceramic industry for flooring and surfaces in the United Kingdom.
The awards are another proof of the importance of Luminar collection for GranitiFiandre, a new frontier in design for the ceramic world, for its innovative style and the material’s quality.
Its surface, surmounted by a continuous series of circular and concentric engravings seems particularly bright and reflecting, assuring a great visual impact. A revolutionary material that combines strength and hardiness with an original design that interacts with light.
