MEETING THE ITALIAN EXCELLENCE AT THE SHANGHAI EXPO 2010

On the 2nd April in Rome at the Confindustria headquarters, has been held the meeting "The Italian excellence at the Shanghai Expo 2010", with the participation of the Confindustria President Emma Marcegaglia, the Foreign Minister Franco Frattini, the Governement Commissioner for the event Beniamino Quintieri, the vice-president for the Confindustria Internationalization, Paolo Zegna, and Sun Yuxi, Ambassador of the Chinese Republic in Italy.

During the meeting has been underlined the commitment of the Italian companies involved and the aim of increasing the Expo on the national territory, as it could be a shuttlecock for the Italian economy re-launch.

The Confindustria President Emma Marcegaglia has in fact affirmed that "certainly China is an extraordinarily important market for the Italian companies that already have a settled production presence. We think it’s important in such a moment – she underlined – reinforce the relationship between Italy and China".

As asserted by Minister Frattini "we will gain with the Italian Pavilion in Shanghai an excellent showcase for the Made in Italy".

GranitiFiandre will therefore contribute to enhance the excellence of the Italian production proposing its top of range materials and its winning philosophy, that enabled the company’s participation to this prestigious project.
