How to lay Geologica porcelain tile?

As in the case of natural stone, the laying process can add value to our porcelain stoneware tiles: it is important to be very careful to lay them harmoniously, with the narrowest possible gaps between tiles. We also suggest you add latex additives to the mix and in the gaps between tiles.

How to lay GeoTecnica porcelain tiles?

GeoTecnica floor tiles are installed in the same manner as any ceramic tile. However, because of the low-porosity of the product, certain additives (latex modified) are needed in the setting and grouting system that produces a chemical bond. These products are readily available at any floor covering retail dealer.
Special care must also be given to clean-up. All grout haze must be removed from the surface of the product so that ease of maintenance will be recognized.

What is grout haze?

Grout haze is the gout residue left on the surface of the tile after installation. If not properly removed this grout haze can attract dirt causing increased maintenance on the surface.
