XTRA_PLAN
Planning quality, customization and flexibility

Concept
Creativity and material excellence are the starting point for this unique proposal, which aims for total versatility combined with constant attention to the careful finishes and the finest details.

Xtra_plan, a transversal programme, designed to assure flexibility to cater for specific needs, including fully modular wash basins, worktops and shower trays which can be customised with the porcelain tiles of all the Fiandre collections and Active Clean Air & Antibacterial Ceramic™ where required.

Xtra_plan aims to satisfy the needs of a wide range of sectors: contract, customisation of private areas and wellbeing spaces, wellness settings and hotels, to relaxation areas and sports facilities.
The compositional possibilities multiply with the opportunity to use all the collections available in the Fiandre catalogue.

The aesthetic qualities and resistance of the porcelain surfaces make these furnishing elements constant and unwavering over time, even when subject to everyday use.

Xtra_plan does not set out to be a cheap alternative, or a competitor for similar solutions in natural marble or stone; it is rather a design method developed specifically to assure the maximum potential of Fiandre materials.

Technical characteristics
All the elements are made individually and assembled by hand, one by one; for this reason they may have small irregularities, which are an integral part of typically hand-crafted goods.

Every single module comprises a painted steel frame covered in porcelain tiles. The shower tray and water collection tank bodies are made from stainless steel.

Tiles are disc-cut or water-jet cut and are then mitred and assembled with special epoxy-based, two-compound adhesives pigmented in the same colour as the tiles, and finally chamfered.
The number of visible joints depends on the original slab size.

Each furnishing module is supplied to the customer ready for wall or floor mounting, with the exception of the fixing elements, which must be chosen by the installer.

The furnishings maintain the visual and technical qualities of the chosen surfaces, as described in the technical tables included in the slab catalogues.
