The project consists in building a residential complex at Aci Castello. The main objective is to create a complex which exploits the criticalities and potentiality of the area to integrate itself into the landscape, with special attention to its relationship with the surroundings. The project aims to be part of the environment and territory of Aci Castello, especially the hilly area of Ficarazzi. The two adjacent 3 storey buildings, will house 12 apartments, accompanied by non-residential space for each unit, private gardens for the ground floor units and terraces with photovoltaic roofs and hanging garden areas for the top floor. The project, which satisfies the zoning plan of the municipality of Aci Castello, aims to improve the landscaping quality of the area with a precise architectonic sign, with contemporary styling and technology.
