The lot on which the building will be constructed is located in an area which includes both services and residential complexes to the south of the city of Trento. The building is surrounded by a green area planted with trees. The office building is regularly shaped, with the facades remaining equal on all sides. This choice is supported by the need for good illumination inside the offices; using high thermal capacity windows with adjustable blinds, the climate inside the building can be controlled to good effect.

The facade is characterised by the alternation of full height aluminium windows with insulated outer wall panels finished with ruby red aluminium panelling, giving a chessboard effect to the whole. The attic level uses glazed panels around the majority of the perimeter. The terrace parapet at the top level is made of tempered glass. The roof is flat with an extended green covering.
The building is designed for a minimal environmental impact. This has been achieved by using geothermal systems, a photovoltaic system and a solar thermal system, using rainwater for irrigation and for the building's internal supply, and by employing low englobed energy construction materials such as wood and natural fibres. The objective of the project is to limit primary, non-renewable energy consumption with a global approach to the design. The building has thus achieved energy class A+. The perimeter walls are composed of a grid of reinforced concrete pillars and perforated honeycomb porotherm bioplan ground bricks, of a thickness of 25 cm, while the ceilings and roof are made in poured reinforced concrete.
The project provides for insulating the perimeter walls with natural material panels (rock wool). Indoors, some areas feature raised floors with Quarzite Ceniza Extreme Active and Serie100 Anthracite100 75x75 cm slabs; other areas (washrooms and service rooms) use Pietra Basaltina floor slabs and Michelangelo statuary wall tiles, while the terrace is paved with Pietra di Luserna slabs.
