Taxos Extreme Active 150x75 cm : 1600 mq (ca.)
The project provides for the construction of a commercial and residential building in the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro in a tourism and hospitality zone. The project provides for the demolition of an old hotel and construction of a building composed of an underground level for storage and parking, a ground floor for shops and eight floors of apartments (nineteen in all), to a total height of 32.00 m.
The structure has a reinforced concrete frame with brick walls entirely covered in a white Active Clean Air & Antibacterial Ceramic™ frostproof curtain wall, while the reinforced concrete prefabricated parapets of the terraces are clad in dark grey pre-painted sheeting.
The apartments vary according to the floor, with a minimum of two bedrooms, living room/dining room/kitchen, laundry room and one or two bathrooms. Each apartment has large terraces. The shops are heated by heat pumps while the apartments use underfloor heating systems.
The shops and apartments will be cooled wall/ceiling mounted condenser units. The electrical and alarm system will be remotely controlled, and each apartment will be fed at least 1 kW of renewable power (photovoltaic panels).
