The project involves the demolition of a warehouse and construction of a new building to house a pharmacy and doctor's offices, as follows: the ground floor will house pharmacy with large windows looking onto the parking lot and green areas belonging to the building, while the first floor, accessed by an open stairway directly from the exterior, will house doctor's offices.
The need to transform the existing building into a building for pharmacy and doctor's offices is driven by a variety of factors, first of all by the configuration of the surrounding area, with its many recent residential complexes, but totally lacking any services, especially health-related.
The requirement for eco-compatibility and anti-polluting, antibacterial materials, especially given that the building will house health services, has led to the decision to use Fiandre Silver Ground tiles for the floors, with the Active Clean Air & Antibacterial Ceramic™ finish.
