The “Best of Products Awards” is a high-profile contest established by Architect’s Newspaper magazine. Thirty-one categories were involved this year, including “interior finishes and surfaces” which includes the recognition obtained by Fiandre Architectural Surface. The jury evaluated each of the candidate products according to various features including aesthetics, performance, ease of installation and quality.

This year the magazine wanted to reward products that safeguard aspects that are more important than ever today, such as hygiene and safety of those who use them, in relation to the delicate situation connected to the health emergency.

Another important aspect for the award is the level of comfort offered by the product, which has become more and more appreciated during the lock-down period, especially when our homes have inevitably transformed into full-time work spaces

Many of the awarded projects are particularly suited for the so-called trend the “new normal”; in facts, many of them promote the wellbeing and boast a particular flexibility, adapting at any moment or scenario.

Amazonite Maximum embodies these entire requirements: the visual comfort of an exquisite material, the resistance to stains and chemical attack and therefore the ease of cleaning and sanitation make it a highly requested product in public and private contexts. The extreme versatility of application, on floors, walls and even furniture, transform this material into a concrete solution for architects and designers.
