The partner brand for high-profile projects, Fiandre, with its distributor partner Arteco Ceramics,  is part of the futuristic mixed-use complex One Za’abeel in Dubai. Developed by Ithra Dubai LLC, a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), it covers an area of 530,000 sq.m. and bears the signature of Nikken Sekkei, the prestigious Japanese  architecture, engineering and urban planning firm.

The complex consists of two skyscrapers housing hotels, offices and luxury apartments, is crossed by a third cantilever concourse at a height of 100 metres above the ground. Nicknamed “The Link”, measuring 226 metres, it houses exclusive bars and restaurants as well as boutique, wellness centres, an infinity pool and a panoramic terrace. The two towers - the 68-floor One Za’abeel Tower and the 58-floor One Za’abeel The Residences - offer a range of extra-luxury services, aiming to attract a high-profile clientèle.

A sophisticated design and contemporary style distinguish the 24 apartments in the One Za’abeel The Residences tower. In this luxury context are the surfaces produced by Fiandre, which studied the most suitable bespoke solutions with the precious local support of its partner Arteco Ceramics, the architectural services company working in the design sector which, since 2008 has focused on high-end materials made using eco-compatible technologies.

The Calacatta Statuario 120x60 cm  surfaces from the Marble Lab collection were used to cover the floors and common areas of the residential tower, as well as inside the 264 apartments, defining the floors, wall coverings, shower trays and counter tops in the bathrooms, designed in several configurations. And to embellish the scenographic spaces, endowed with a sophisticated total-look, some of the showers are decorated with “herringbone” patterns.
