FIANDRE / IRIS CERAMICA GROUP NYC SHOWROOM WINS NYCxDESIGN AWARD

The Fiandre / Iris Ceramica Group NYC showroom received the NYCxDESIGN Award in the Showroom Project Category. The award winners were announced by Interior Design Magazine and ICFF in the fourth annual NYCxDESIGN Awards held Monday night during NYCxDESIGN, New York City's showcase of global design. The awards celebrate outstanding talent across major areas of design such as architecture, interiors, furnishings, and lighting. Winners in 77 categories were announced during the awards ceremony at PIER 17 at NY's South Street Seaport.

Fiandre’s / Iris Ceramica Group’s NYC showroom showcases the world’s most innovative porcelain and ceramic surfaces made in Italy. The interior is defined as a traditional open loft space highlighted by inspirational home environments in design themes ranging from classic to minimal showcasing both residential and commercial concepts. The NYC showroom is Fiandre’s / Iris Ceramica Group’s fifth corporate showroom in the United States and caters to designers, architects, builders, and design-savvy consumers.

Fiandre / Iris Ceramica Group introduces its newest location, in addition to its flagship studio in Chicago, and showrooms in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Francisco. The new technology-advanced Manhattan showroom located in the heart of the NoMad design district features an open floor plan and a continuous flow of luxury lifestyle vignettes, so clients can experience the premium porcelain and ceramic collections in real life comfortable and inviting home settings.

The goal was to design a floating, light feeling space allowing for an uninterrupted visual so you could see the entire showroom when you come out of the elevator until the end of showroom, without any obstacles. Floating clear glass was selected for the entrance so you could easily see the main reception desk when you walk in the door.

Design enthusiasts will appreciate Fiandre’s / Iris Ceramica Group’s high tech architectural surfaces for both interior and exterior applications, large format marble look panels, and inherent sustainability qualities all on display.

Several new products, including Design Your Slabs and new shades in the Fiandre’s Maximum Marmi collection debuted for the first time in the NYC showroom. In addition, new colors from other brands in the group are also on display, including Iris Ceramica, Diesel Living, Ariostea and Sapienstone.

Fiandre / Iris Ceramica Group also showcases numerous illustrations on Large Format Ceramics in the NY showroom, including the NY skyline, modern graphics on sliding large format panels, pop art in the office and cooking graphics in the kitchen- all part of the Design Your Slabs collection.
